Tarihi han, 6 May\u0131s Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli gastronomi yazarlar\u0131ndan Kahve Gurmesi Cenk R.Girginol\u2019u a\u011f\u0131rlad\u0131. Emin\u00f6n\u00fc-Tahtakale\u2019de yer alan ve tarihte bilinen \u0130stanbul\u2019un ilk kahvehanesi olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yan Beta Yeni Han\u2019da kitap ve kahve severlerle bir araya gelen Girginol, hem Mundi Yay\u0131nlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yeniden bas\u0131lan \u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 imzalad\u0131 hem de kahve \u00e7ekirde\u011finin yolculu\u011fu \u00fczerine keyifli bir sohbet ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Girginol, kahvenin tad\u0131 ve ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi i\u015flemlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tarihteki d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktalar\u0131n\u0131 ve kahve \u00fcst\u00fcne anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f masals\u0131 hik\u00e2yeleri de kahve severlere keyifli bir sohbetle aktard\u0131.
