Ankara&#8217;da ise y\u0131ll\u0131k reel fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimi y\u00fczde 1,8 ile pozitif b\u00f6lgede kald\u0131. Sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlar\u0131n cari fiyatlar\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 May\u0131s 2025&#8217;e k\u0131yasla \u00fclke genelinde 0,3 puan d\u00fc\u015ferek y\u00fczde 26,8 oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda reel kira de\u011fi\u015fimi ise \u00fclke genelinde y\u00fczde -1,8 olurken \u0130stanbul&#8217;da y\u00fczde 3,9, Ankara&#8217;da y\u00fczde 2,4 ve \u0130zmir&#8217;de y\u00fczde 1 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.
