Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, R\u00f6nesans Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda operasyonel kar\u0131n\u0131 (FAV\u00d6K) ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re TL baz\u0131nda enflasyonun \u00fczerinde y\u00fczde 5 oran\u0131nda art\u0131rarak 3,2 milyar TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseltti. \u015eirketin Euro baz\u0131nda operasyonel kar\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 20 art\u0131\u015fla 89 milyon Euro olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.&nbsp; R\u00f6nesans Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n&nbsp;30 Haziran itibar\u0131yla d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f br\u00fct varl\u0131k de\u011feri TL baz\u0131nda enflasyonun \u00fczerinde y\u00fczde 3 art\u0131\u015fla 147 milyar TL, d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f net aktif de\u011feri ise yine enflasyonun \u00fczerinde y\u00fczde 3 art\u0131\u015fla 125 milyar TL oldu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2025\u2019TE K\u0130RACI C\u0130ROLARINDAK\u0130 ARTI\u015e ENFLASYONUN \u00dcZER\u0130NDE&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6nesans Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ya\u011fmur Ya\u015far,&nbsp;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ticari gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m grubu olarak pazar liderli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini s\u00f6yledi. Bu t\u00fcm zamanlar\u0131n en y\u00fcksek doluluk oran\u0131d\u0131r. Son 12 aydaki ziyaret\u00e7i say\u0131m\u0131z ise 113 milyon olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Mevsimsel zorluklara, de\u011fi\u015fken ekonomik iklime ra\u011fmen, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam ziyaret\u00e7i say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nceki y\u0131llar\u0131 yakalamas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6nesans Gayrimenkul kirac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk alt\u0131 ay\u0131nda cirolar\u0131n\u0131 ortalama y\u00fczde 39 oran\u0131nda art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Ya\u011fmur Ya\u015far, ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemdeki T\u00dcFE b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinin ise y\u00fczde 38 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlat\u0131rken, s\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6nemde AYD\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6rdeki ciro art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ortalama y\u00fczde 29 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.
