Temmuz ay\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re; sat\u0131l\u0131k konut talep endeksi, bayram tatili etkisinin de ge\u00e7i\u015fi ile bir \u00f6nceki aya k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 20,4 y\u00fckseldi. Kiral\u0131k konut talep endeksi ise y\u00fczde 8,3 artt\u0131.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re, Temmuz 2025 itibar\u0131yla sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlar\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k reel fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimi \u00fclke genelinde y\u00fczde -4,2, \u0130stanbul&#8217;da y\u00fczde -2,6, \u0130zmir&#8217;de y\u00fczde -2,8 seviyelerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
