Ba\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131 bozuldu\u011funda bu \u00fcretim azal\u0131r. Serotonin eksikli\u011fi ise stresin artmas\u0131na, uyku d\u00fczeninin bozulmas\u0131na ve kaslarda s\u00fcrekli bir gerginlik haline yol a\u00e7ar.
