Reel kira fiyatlar\u0131 ayl\u0131k bazda 170,2\u2019ye gerilerken, \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 3,1 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f kaydedildi. Sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131nda da benzer \u015fekilde \u00fclke genelindeki reel sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyat endeksindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f seyri Ekim 2025\u2019te de devam etti; \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re 0,2 puan azalarak 153,7 oldu. BETAM taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan kira endeksinde, \u201cyeni kiraya verilmek \u00fczere ilan edilen\u201d konutlar\u0131n \u201ctalep edilen kira fiyatlar\u0131ndaki\u201d art\u0131\u015f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131n\u0131yor. Ancak, ilan edilen fiyatlardan bir kiralaman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fip ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiyse hangi fiyattan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi bilgisi bilinemiyor.
