T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez AVM ve perakende ekosisteminin dijital yetkinliklerini ayn\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7en bu kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, dijitalle\u015fme konusundaki ihtiyaca yan\u0131t vermek ve yapay zeka \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda bir yol haritas\u0131 belirlemek \u00fczere haz\u0131rland\u0131. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, fiziksel perakendenin kalbi say\u0131lan AVM ekosistemi, dijital haz\u0131rl\u0131kta hem global perakende liderlerinin hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki organize perakendenin gerisinde pozisyonlan\u0131yor. Perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn dijital ser\u00fcveni h\u0131z kazansa da genel end\u00fcstri ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 gerisinde seyrediyor. 2024 benchmark\u2019\u0131nda perakendenin toplam Dijital Olgunluk Endeksi (DMI) 2,83 iken, ayn\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lan di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerin ortalamas\u0131 3,02 d\u00fczeyinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bu veriler tek seferlik bir anl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc de\u011fil; makas\u0131n y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlayan bir trend.
