Bu sekt\u00f6rlerde kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131 artarken, \u00f6zellikle orta kademe y\u00f6neticilik seviyesinde ciddi bir ilerleme kaydedildi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netim ve karar verici pozisyonlarda h\u00e2l\u00e2 bir temsil a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 mevcut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131k sadece bir \u201c\u00e7e\u015fitlilik\u201d konusu de\u011fil, \u015firketlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejilerinin de \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle veriye dayal\u0131 analizlerle mevcut durumlar\u0131n\u0131 net \u015fekilde ortaya koymalar\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00dccret e\u015fitli\u011fi, terfi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve liderlik programlar\u0131nda \u015feffafl\u0131k, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ilerlemenin temel unsurlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca esnek ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelleri, \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f-ya\u015fam dengesini desteklemede b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
