B\u00f6ylece kirac\u0131 cirolar\u0131n\u0131n hem y\u00fczde 31 seviyesindeki T\u00dcFE\u2019nin hem de y\u00fczde 32 olan sekt\u00f6r ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini vurgulayan Ya\u015far, portf\u00f6y genelinde doluluk oran\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 99,5 seviyesinde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi ve \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cY\u0131l\u0131n ilk \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131nda toplam 7.783 metrekare yeni kiralama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik ve 36 yeni ma\u011faza a\u00e7t\u0131k.
